HUNDREDS of runners gathered at Clacton’s promenade to raise awareness about mental health issues. The Clacton Seafront 10k event, organized by Dale Ward and Karl Fuller, attracted both novice and seasoned runners who braved the windy and rainy weather on Sunday (October 20).
Despite the challenging conditions, over 400 participants embraced the opportunity to tackle the course along the seafront. Dale and Karl, who have personally experienced the positive impact of running on their mental well-being, wanted to create a sense of community and camaraderie among like-minded individuals in the area.
