So, like, the cops are totally asking for help to find Coen Bust, who went missing a couple of weeks ago. Mr. Bust, 47 years old, took a train from Edinburgh to Dunkeld on Thursday, March 13. He was last seen getting off at Dunkeld railway station at 10:18am and hasn’t been spotted since.
Today, the police will be hanging around both Edinburgh Waverley and Dunkeld stations. If you know anything, they’re all like, “please come chat with us.” Mr. Bust is described as a white dude, kinda on the chunky side, with a super long grey beard. He was probably sporting a mustard-yellow jacket and carrying a rucksack, along with a red or orange metal water bottle.
Inspector James Longden from Blairgowrie Police Station is all, “We’ve been looking all over for Mr. Bust, but no luck so far.” They’re still searching the Dunkeld and Birnam areas and really need your help. If you have any info on where he might be, or if you’ve seen him, hit up Police Scotland at 101 and mention case number 2616 from March 13.
Oh, and get this, last week, Bust confessed to sending inappropriate messages to an undercover cop pretending to be a 14-year-old girl. He copped a guilty plea on Jan. 30 and got put on the sex offender list in September 2023.
