Empowering Women in Business: England’s Top Female Leaders Shine at Conference
England’s top female leaders gathered at the Bath Racecourse for the annual Women’s Business Conference & Awards hosted by the Women’s Business Club. The event, held on Tuesday, October 8th, 2024, brought together nearly 150 delegates from various parts of the country eager to learn and celebrate each other’s achievements.
Angela De Souza, the Founder and CEO of Women’s Business Club, expressed her admiration for the businesswomen in attendance, stating, “There is nothing quite like celebrating the accomplishments of our businesswomen. The caliber of the entries was extremely high, making the judge’s decision really tough. Although only one woman could win in each category, we feel that every single woman who entered is a winner – she is still standing, she is still determined to succeed, and she still has hope for the future, a winning attitude indeed.”
Tamsin Broster, the conference director, highlighted the vibrant atmosphere of the event, saying, “The energy of the room today was electric, women were connecting, collaborating, and celebrating each other. This was an event that every woman in that room will remember for a long time.”
